Essential cookies

Sign-in session (next-auth.*): keeps you signed in and protects against CSRF. Lasts until you sign out, and never longer than 8 hours.

Language choice (ph_lang_public): opens public pages in your language. Lasts until you close the browser.

Demo mode (ph_demo): points you to a temporary demo account filled with sample data. Set only when you open the demo, and lasts up to 6 hours.

Invite activation (ph_invite): holds your invite while you sign in with Google. Set only while activating an invite, and lasts 10 minutes.

Device mark (ph_did): a random number by which we recognise the browser at sign-up and sign-in, to protect the service from abuse. It holds no data about you. Lasts 2 years.

Browser fingerprint (ph_dh, ph_signup_dh): a summary of the browser's and screen's properties, for the same purpose. Set only on the sign-up and sign-in pages, and lasts up to 1 day.

Sign-up with Google (ph_signup): remembers that you are signing up while you come back from Google. Lasts 10 minutes.

Terms acceptance (ph_terms): carries the box you ticked to accept the terms while you come back from Google. Lasts 10 minutes.

Calendar filters (ph_flt_calendar): remembers the calendar's last filters on this device, so it opens with them straight away. Set only while “Filter memory” is on; kept for 1 year.

Overview choices (ph_dash_money, ph_dash_rental): which money figure and which lettings the overview's card shows. Set only when you switch them; kept for 1 year.

Hidden cards (ph_demo_card_hidden, ph_get_started_hidden): keeps the overview's welcome cards that you closed from showing again. Set only when you close a card; kept for 1 year.

Tenant view (ph_view_as): while a landlord previews what a tenant sees, holds that preview and blocks any change in the tenant's name. Lasts up to 30 minutes, or until you leave the preview.

Booking payment (ph_book_pay): ties a booking payment to the browser that started it, so the guest can continue it and nobody else can take it over. Set only on a booking page when “Book and pay” is pressed, and lasts 35 minutes.

Only for the service operator

These cookies are set only for the AxiRent operator and team. No other user ever receives them.

Support access (ph_teleport): lets the operator open a client's account when the client asks for help. Lasts up to 30 days, or until the operator returns to their own account.

Re-confirmation (ph_sa_stepup): records that the operator confirmed their identity again before opening the administration area. Lasts up to 12 hours.

Team device (ph_insider): marks the AxiRent team's own devices, so our own visits are not counted in the visit statistics. Lasts 2 years.

On the axirent.com website

Language (ir-lang): set only when you choose LT or EN yourself. Lasts 1 year.

Offer to read in Lithuanian (ir-suggest): a one-time question for a visitor from Lithuania whose browser is set to another language. Lasts 30 minutes.

Theme (ir-theme): kept in browser storage, not a cookie, and written only when you switch between Day and Night.

Your answer in the consent banner (ir-consent): kept in browser storage, not a cookie. Lasts 1 year, after which you are asked again.

On the axirent.com website, only with your consent

While advertising campaigns run, the website shows a consent banner. Until you see it, or until you agree, these cookies are not used and no request is sent to Google or Meta.

Analytics, Google Analytics 4 (_ga, _ga_…): how many people visit and which pages they read. Lasts up to 13 months.

Advertising, Google Ads (_gcl_au, _gcl_aw): which ads bring sign-ups, and ads for people who have visited before. Lasts 90 days.

Advertising, Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc): the same for Facebook and Instagram ads. Lasts 90 days.

Google and Meta may set cookies of their own on their own domains (for example doubleclick.net, facebook.com) under their own terms. Those, too, are used only with your consent.

You can withdraw consent at any time: “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the website. Withdrawing deletes these cookies.

Browser storage in the app

Display settings you choose yourself (theme, menu state, favourites, list filters, guide progress, the install reminder) stay in your browser and are sent nowhere.

A copy of your help assistant conversations is kept in the browser so the list opens instantly. It is tied to your account: when the assistant is opened under another account, the previous account's copy is deleted from the browser.

Cookieless analytics

Traffic is measured with Vercel Web Analytics: requests are counted without cookies, device fingerprinting or individual visitor tracking - we see aggregated statistics only (which pages, which country).

What does not exist

The app (app.axirent.com) has no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising trackers. It sets no cookies that follow you across other sites.
